Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rodrigo Romero, 48, of the 0-100 block of Fernwood Road, Boulder Hill, at 8:20 p.m. Dec. 21 in the area of Route 25 and Boulder Hill Pass in Boulder Hill on two outstanding warrants.
In a statement, the sheriff’s office said Romero was wanted on a Kane County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while license revoked.
In Kendall County, the sheriff’s office said Romero was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence while license revoked.
Romero was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville where he later posted bond and was released pending court proceedings, according to the sheriff’s office.
