Memory care community in Gurnee under new management

GURNEE – Gurnee Place Memory Care in Gurnee has appointed Health Dimensions Group, a leading senior living, post-acute and long-term care management and consulting organization, to manage the community and oversee its day-to-day operations.

Founded in 2000, Health Dimensions Group is dedicated to improving the lives of older adults by providing exceptional care, service and support to senior living communities, hospitals and health care systems nationwide, according to a news release. The organization manages 41 communities in nine states and offers expert consulting services to clients throughout the nation.
