Exit Realty 365 opens office in Lake Barrington

Exit Realty 365, which already has locations in Cary, Crystal Lake and Fox River Grove, added a new office in Lake Barrington.

The franchise is owned by Joanne and Jim Levicki, who both have more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, according to a news release from the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce.

The new office at 22000 North Pepper Road is a “key location for the market they serve and is a welcoming space for their clients, with plenty of room for the seven additional agents that operate out of the brokerage,” according to the release.
