The City of Morris honored two Saratoga School state champions in track and field Monday night, Aubrey McConnell and Sophia Day.
Both McConnell and Day competed in shotput, with McConnell winning the 7th grade state championship and Day winning the first ever wheelchair shotput championship.
Both students competed in the state championships at the end of the school year in May.
