Minooka High students earn Director Awards from GAVC

Seven Minooka Community High School students have earned Director Awards at the Grundy Area Vocational Center in Morris.

Winners for November were fire science student Andrew Aspan, health occupations student Brianna Doyle, culinary arts student Sophia Faccina, foundations of teaching student Aubrey Freeman, computer graphics multimedia design student Leah Mareno, building trades student Michael Serra, and criminal justice student Sage Williams.

Students are presented with a prize package and have their names and photos displayed at the GAVC for the rest of the year.
