Morris Alderman Carrie Hall leads challenger Ken Willis by four votes

Morris Alderman Carrie Hall is leading challenger Ken Willis by four votes with all four Morris precincts reporting, according to the unofficial election results Tuesday night.

Hall, a Democrat, was appointed by Morris Mayor Chris Brown to fill the 3rd Ward vacancy left by Derrick Wren in August 2023.

Election results are still unofficial, but Hall leads Willis 182 votes to 178.
