Girls Soccer: The Suburban Life All-Area team

Led by Player of the Year Jaimee Cibulka, here is the Suburban Life All-Area girls soccer team.

Blythe Braun, Downers Grove North, senior, goalkeeper: All-conference and all-state honoree posted a 0.92 goals-against average. Committed to Iowa.

Emma Carter, Timothy Christian, senior, midfielder: Metro Suburban Blue Player of the Year tallied 22 goals and 17 assists to lead the Trojans to the Class 1A state championship game.

Jaimee Cibulka, Benet, senior, forward: Suburban Life Player of the Year had 25 goals and nine assists for sectional finalist. East Suburban Catholic Conference Player of the Year was first All-American in program history. Committed to Loyola.

Emma Elliott, Hinsdale Central, senior, midfielder: All-conference and all-state pick scored three goals, all game-winners, and had 10 assists. Committed to Tennessee-Martin.

Elli Kosanovich, Lyons, senior, defender: All-state and All-Midwest pick led Lions to 20-1 record and second place at the state finals. Scored four goals and had six assists while anchoring defense that allowed only four goals.

Adriana Moreno, Morton, senior, forward: All-conference and all-sectional selection scored 25 goals to go with nine assists.

Emily Petring, Downers Grove South, sophomore, forward: All-conference and all-sectional honoree had 24 goals and eight assists to lead Mustangs to 15-1 record.

Brooke Pullen, Benet, senior, defender: East Suburban Catholic Conference Defensive Player of the Year anchored defense that allowed only nine goals. Had four goals and three assists. All-sectional.

Julia Simon, Wheaton North, senior, midfielder: Registered 17 goals and 12 assists. All-conference and all-sectional. Committed to Louisville.

Grace Tumilty, Willowbrook, senior, forward: All-conference and all-state selection bagged 29 goals and 12 assists.

Ellie Urbanski, Hinsdale South, senior, defender: Four-year starter was all-conference and all-sectional pick at midfielder in 2019 and defender in 2021. Committed to Culver-Stockton.
