La Salle church to host Veterans Day Mass

Mass to be conducted at Holy Rosary Shrine

Don't worry about upkeep at Queen of the Holy Rosary Shrine in La Salle. The parish got a bequest recently from a priest who died last year. But other pastors are gently reminding their flocks to remember the church when drawing up your will. Pastors and estate planning lawyers say bequests to churches have fallen in recent years. — The La Salle Catholic Parishes will host a Veterans Day Mass at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Holy Rosary Shrine, 529 Fourth St., La Salle.

The La Salle Catholic Parishes will host a Veterans Day Mass at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Holy Rosary Shrine, 529 Fourth St., La Salle.

There will be a Veterans Honor Guard and the Knights of Columbus Color Corps will participate. The event is open to the public.
