Back-to-school celebration set Aug. 8 at Spring Valley pool

First 150 children will receive bag full of supplies

A back-to-school celebration is scheduled 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, at the Coveny Veterans Memorial Pool, 320 S. Strong Ave., Spring Valley.

The first 150 children who attend will receive a bag filled with school supplies. There will be giveaways and treats, and open swim will be sponsored by Aperion Care.
