Mautino library in Spring Valley hosts adult painting class

The Richard A. Mautino Memorial Library, 215 E. Cleveland St., Spring Valley, will be hosting an opportunity to color your world through painting.

Lucy Schmidt will be offering an adult painting class 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19. Interested participants need to register by Friday, Aug. 13.

Registered participants need to pay $30 and will be raising money for the library while improving their painting skills under the direction of Schmidt. Price includes all supplies and participants will go home with a 11-by-14 painting of dragonflies. You can register at the library. Space is limited to 20 participants.
