McHenry County grand jury report for Oct. 15-21, 2023

This is a list of those indicted by the McHenry County grand jury for the week of Oct. 15 to 21, 2023. Not all charges listed are felonies.

Information in court reports is obtained from the McHenry County courthouse. These individuals have been charged with a crime but have not been proved guilty in court.

Demarie B. Dyson, 26, of the zero to 100 block of South Belmont Avenue, Elgin; two counts of aggravated driving under the influence on a suspended license suspended, driving on a suspended license (subsequent offense) and improper lane use.

Joyce C. McFadden, 75, of the 12800 block of Tahoe Drive, Huntley; four counts of aggravated battery.

Angel D. Perez, 27, of the 3800 block of Burton Trail, Crystal Lake; disorderly conduct.

Natalie M. Navarre, 42, of the 1300 block of 18th Street, Zion; possession of less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine, possession of unsecured marijuana in a vehicle, possession of open alcohol by the driver, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with expired registration.

Daniel J. Aronson, 43, of the 3400 block of Blake Boulevard, McHenry; possession of less than 200 grams of a substance containing hydrocodone, possession of less than 15 grams of a substance containing dextroamphetamine, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, possession of unsecured marijuana in a vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Justin L. Thomas, 31, of the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue, Waukegan; possession and possession with intent to deliver less than 15 grams of any substance containing fentanyl, and possession and possession with intent to deliver less than 15 grams of any substance containing cocaine.

Jeffrey A. Svoboda, 56, of the 300 block of South Whitehall Drive, Palatine; possession and possession with the intent to deliver 15 to 100 grams of any substance containing cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Frank B.X. Held, 22, of the 7500 block of Fox Fire Drive, Crystal Lake; four counts of aggravated battery to a correctional officer, two counts of resisting an officer.

Anna E. Zur, 42, of the 2500 block of Willow Street, Franklin Park; identity theft involving $2,000 to $10,000, forgery and wire fraud.

Nathan A. Greer, 38, of the 500 block of Fisher Avenue, Rockford; two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of domestic battery and violating an order of protection.

Derwin Vazquez, 50, of the 3200 block of South Waterview Avenue, McHenry; possession of less than 15 grams of any substance containing heroin and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ramiro Sauceda, Jr., 23, of the 100 block of Memory Lane, Carpentersville; two counts of retail theft of property worth more than $500.

Eric E. Galvez, 19, of the 500 block of Shadow Drive, Harvard; criminal damage to government property.
