A big thank you to Prairie Isle Golf Course, their sponsors and volunteers for their Veterans Salute for over 200 veterans on Tuesday, Sept. 10. The day consisted of free golf, golf balls, lunch and a commemorative cap. I had often heard of the golf outing, but never participated until this year. It was a great day of camaraderie among the veterans. It was a job well done!
