Letter: Question about NVA Trucking expansion

My question is to the city of Crystal Lake. How does a project get voted down unanimously by Planning and Zoning and City Council but now have submitted paperwork for permits? Crystal Lake does not need 284 additional semi-trucks on Sands Road!

What is going on at City Hall? I don’t understand the process? Please explain!
