Letter: Green means go

A couple things: When at a red light, green means go. I give it 4 to 5 seconds, then honk because I’m not missing the light so the front car can make it. Even if I’m not the second car in line, the horn still works. PAY ATTENTION! Also turn signals need to be used before you turn, not once in lane.
