McHenry County wins financial reporting award

McHenry County government has announced it received a Certificate of Achievement from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada for its annual comprehensive financial report for fiscal 2023.

This is the 26th consecutive year McHenry County has received the award.

The GFOA is a nonprofit professional organization that provides best practices, professional development, resources and practical research to more than 21,000 members.
