There are always considerable comments about elected officials, some good and some not so good. I have personally had very positive interactions with our local alderman in McHenry. Frank McClatchey has always made himself personally available to his constituents by telephone or in person. Through the years, I have found him to be honest, caring and understanding about issues and people in our community. If Frank tells you he will do something for the area, you can consider it done. I am hoping that he will be elected to serve another term as the alderman of the third ward in McHenry.
