IHSA State Meet: At Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington, Richmond-Burton, making its fourth straight state appearance, finished runner-up for the second year in a row with 92.30 points, falling just shy of champion Columbia (93.92) in the Small Team Division.
Dundee-Crown took third in the Co-ed Team Division with 94.04 points. Belvidere North won the championships with 96.90, followed by Buffalo Grove (95.58) in third.

Huntley placed seventh in the Medium Team Division with 89.49 points. Marist won with 96.52.
Prairie Ridge (89.70), Crystal Lake Central (89.24) and Cary-Grove (89.06) placed eighth, ninth and 10th in the Medium Team Division. Lemont won with 97.50.
In Friday’s preliminary round, Johnsburg (86.60) placed 13th and Marengo (86.32) took 15th in the Small Team Division. Burlington Central (89.24) was 12th in the Medium Team Division prelims, while Hampshire (88.92) was 14th in the Large Team Division.
