Community Foundation of McHenry County has 2 new board members

The Community Foundation for McHenry County recently added Stacy Brown and Rocio del Castillo to its Board of Directors.

Brown is an Account Executive for New York Life Insurance Company. She graduated from Monmouth College with a B.A. in Business Administration. Ms. Brown lives in Woodstock.

Del Castillo is the Assistant Superintendent for Special Services for Huntley Community School District 158. The Crystal Lake resident received the 2020 award from the Northwest Herald as a McHenry County Woman of Distinction.

“Both of our newest Board members embody the spirit of community and bring talent, expertise and energy to The Foundation. They join our current Board of Director’s which is comprised of a dedicated team of community leaders committed to philanthropy in McHenry County. We are very fortunate to have them join us in achieving our mission of ‘connecting people who care with causes that matter’, said Tamara Marshall, Board Chair.
