On Angels’ Wings Pet Rescue plans to expand its cat and kitten play area with a $1,750 grant from Petco Love, a nonprofit formerly known as Petco Foundation, the Crystal Lake rescue said.
“We know that allowing more room for play and exercise will lead to better outcomes,” the rescue said in a statement. “We are grateful to Petco Love and all of the generous Petco shoppers who contributed.”
On Angels’ Wings Pet Rescue and Resale Store is a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing abandoned, abused and neglected pets and finding them new homes. It is located at 6500 Northwest Highway, Unit 2D, in Crystal Lake.
