Raue Center For The Arts announces three amazing musical acts coming in February!
On Saturday, February 1 at 7 p.m., Feels Like the First Time, America’s #1 Tribute to Foreigner(formerly known as Foreigner 4 Ever) takes the stage at Raue Center. Feels Like the First Time is an American seven-piece rock band that was formed in 2017 as a tribute to the music of British/American rock band Foreigner. This Milwaukee-based band is made up of veteran musicians with decades of experience entertaining rock music fans at premier venues, festivals, and concert events.
The members of Feels Like the First Time have been told that fans thought they were actually the band Foreigner. Another huge compliment came from actual band members of Foreigner, who after seeing their live videos, stated that Feels Like the First Time was “representing them well.”
Then the following weekend —you’ve heard him sing Joe Cocker. You’ve heard him sing Van Morrison. Now join us as fan favorite and Artist-in-Residence Derrick Procellreturns for his first show of 2025 with Blue-Eyed Soul Sessionon Saturday, February 8 at 7 p.m.! Blue-Eyed Soul Session stars frontman Procell, and features original music in addition to favorites from Joe Cocker and Van Morrison. Feed your soul with the electrifying sounds of Derrick Procell and his All-Star Mojo Band!
Then on Saturday, February 22 at 7 p.m., enjoy an Evening of Percussionwith the Crystal Lake Strikers. Don’t miss this local fan favorite that offers a night of music featuring the best percussion and drumming groups around!
Evening of Percussionfeatures the performing ensembles of the Crystal Lake Strikers and some surprise guests. You’ll see performers ranging in age from seven to seventy. The Strikers will also award scholarships, including the Tim Althoff, William Laskey, and Aaron Shepley Memorial Scholarships, to local high school students.
Get your tie dye ready - from the same team that brought you Think Floyd USA, now comes Spies of the World: a Grateful Dead Experience! This high-energy, full-production, live concert tribute to the band that inspired a generation will take place on Saturday, February 28, at 7 p.m. Don’t miss it!
