DIXON – As the year comes to a close, we reflect on the incredible strength and generosity of our Lee County community. Thanks to supporters like you, United Way of Lee County has been able to provide vital resources and support to individuals and families in need throughout 2024.
But our work is far from done.
Every day, families in our community face challenges – whether it’s putting food on the table, accessing child care, or receiving essential healthcare services. With your help, we can continue to tackle these issues and build a stronger, healthier and more vibrant Lee County in 2025. Your donation can make a difference:
- $52 can provide 120 rides for local seniors in need of transportation.
- $128 can help provide one month of shelter for an individual.
- $520 can provide one month of childcare to a local family in need.
Why give now?
Your gift before Dec. 31 is tax deductible and will have an immediate impact on the lives of those who need it most. Together, we can ensure that no one in Lee County has to face hardship alone.
Make your end-of-year gift today. Donate online at www.unitedwayofleecounty.org or mail a check to United Way of Lee County, Box 382, Dixon, IL 61021.
Thank you for your compassion and commitment to making our community a better place. We couldn’t do this without you. We are also still busy running workplace giving campaigns at local businesses and would love the opportunity to work with you and your business on giving staff the opportunity to give back!
This is a great way to make giving a part of your workplace culture. We work closely with you to help provide all the materials that you need and can brainstorm creative ways to engage employees. We believe that when we all come together, we can create positive change!
P.S. Your support creates a ripple effect of good throughout Lee County. Please consider making your donation today and help us start 2025 with hope and strength!
Wishing you and your loved ones a happy and healthy new year!
