STERLING – A licensed clinical social worker will present a program for the Professional Women’s League of the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce.
Natalie Moeller of Moeller, Myers, and Associates will be presenting “Find Your Flow: Managing Stress & Building Resilience” at a luncheon from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13 at Sterling Federal Bank, 110 E. Fourth St.
At the luncheon, attendees will learn practical techniques on managing stress and building resilience.
According to the biography at her business, Moeller studied psychology at Illinois University and has a master’s degree in social work from George Williams College of Aurora University. Her areas of expertise include: depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce/separation, parenting, children/adolescents, communication issues, stress management, grief and loss, and alcohol and drug assessment.
