Polo 57, West Carroll 39: JT Stephenson scored a game-high 21 points for Polo, and Gus Mumford had 14 in the win Tuesday.

Rock Island 74, Sterling 50: The Golden Warriors were led by 19 points from Kaedon Phillips in the Western Big 6 Conference loss. Nico Battaglia also scored 10, and Maddux Osborn had nine points for Sterling (3-3, 0-2 Big 6). Ben Goeh had 20 points for the Rocks (6-0, 2-0).

Pearl City 64, Forreston 57: Kendall Erdmann led Forreston with 26 points, and Brendan Greenfield had 18 points in the loss.

Sherrard 58, Morrison 34: Dawson Hepner’s 22 points led Morrison in the road loss.

Girls basketball

Princeton 57, Rock Falls 15: Miley Bickett and Elizabeth Lombardo each had six points in the Rockets' loss.

Oregon 41, Morrison 33: Aniyah Sarver was 7 of 8 at the line to score 13 points and lead Oregon in the win. Kaylee Pruis led Morrison with 19 points.

Ashton-Franklin Center 23, Durand 16: Cameryn Winterland had six points in the win for the Raiders.

Boys wrestling

Dixon 54, Fulton 22: Dixon’s Jayden Weidman had the quickest pin of the evening, winning in 17 seconds. It was one of Dixon’s six pins in the win.

Dixon 75, Alleman 6: Dixon’s Adam Staples won a 13-6 decision in overtime as the Dukes won all but one match, which came by forfeit at 113 pounds.

Boys bowling

Dixon 3,768, Rockford Lutheran 2,178: The Dukes improved to 5-0 as David Laird’s 658 series led the team and Sam Gingras' 257 was the high game.

Oregon 3,542, Rockford Christian Life 1,291: The Hawks were led by a 690 series from Matthew Stahl in the dual win for Oregon (9-1, 2-1 NIBC).

Girls bowling

Sterling 3,014, United Township 2,262: Sarah Doughty’s 563 series led Sterling (4-0) in the home win.

Dixon 2,538, Rockford Lutheran 2,133: Addison Cox rolled a 453 to lead Dixon in the dual win.

Oregon 1,483, Rockford Christian Life 967: Carli Bailey’s 434 series led Oregon (4-1, 3-0 NIBC) in a matchup of two short-handed teams.
