Boys basketball

Fulton 56, Ashton-Franklin Center 31: Landen Leu scored 14 points, Jacob Voss added 13 and Braeden Brennan scored nine in the Steamers' balanced offensive output. Fulton improved to 12-12 and 5-1 in the NUIC South with the win.

Polo 50, Morrison 40: Gus Mumford scored a game-high 22 points for Polo, JT Stephenson scored 11 and Mercer Mumford added 10 in the win. Colton Bielema scored 11 points in the Mustangs' home setback.

Milledgeville 41, Amboy 32: Konner Johnson led the Missiles with 13 points, Micah Toms-Smith scored 11 and Spencer Nye had 10 in the win. Eddie Jones led Amboy with 10 points.

Forreston 53, Pearl City 51: The Cardinals held off Pearl City after leading 32-23 at halftime. Kendall Erdmann led the way with 33 points, 10 rebounds and five assists and Brendan Greenfield scored 10 for Forreston.

Girls basketball

Bureau Valley 47, Galva 37: BV outscored Galva 19-8 in the third quarter of the win as Libby Endress finished with 13 points. Brooke Helms added nine points and Emily Wright scored eight.

Girls bowling

Sterling 3,059, Kewanee 2,355: Sterling improved to 12-1 in dual meets as Sarah Doughty rolled a 743 series with a high game of 255. Hailey Conderman had a 528 and Phinley Wright had a 504.

Boys wrestling

Sterling 60, LaSalle-Peru 14: Winning by pin for Sterling were Jonahas Tyne, Billy Mills, Oswaldo Navarro, Cael Lyons and Zyan Westbrook. Landon Heckman added a technical fall for Sterling in the win.

Morrison wins two: Morrison beat Stillman Valley 65-18 and West Carroll 60-15 in dual action. Morrison’s Zach Milder picked up two pins for the night. The Mustangs had five pins and a tech fall against Stillman.

Polo goes 2-0: The Marcos beat Streator 42-34 and Mendota 48-36 in dual action. Kaenyn McCarren picked up two wins for Polo by pin. Lucas Nelson had a pin in 48 seconds against Mendota and Polo had five wins by forfeit and Zandra Vock won by pin against Streator.
