Catholic Schools Week: St. Andrew’s students visit Sterling senior living facilities

STERLING — As part of community outreach and in celebration of Catholic Schools Week, St. Andrew’s Catholic Grade School students visited several senior living facilities Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, in Sterling.

First through third graders from the Rock Falls schools serenaded residents at Morningside before playing games with them. Older classes visited Heritage Woods, and the kindergarten group stopped by local police and fire departments and sponsors to drop off thank you gifts.
