Dixon resident Elle Jarrett recently was named to the University of Evansville’s dean’s list for the fall 2024 semester.

The college named 554 students to the dean’s list.

The dean’s list honors students with a semester grade-point average of 3.75 or higher. The students also must complete at least 12 credit hours.

Community members, residents, schools, and church groups can create Valentine’s Day cards. The cards will be delivered to senior citizens, veterans, and senior living facilities.

Attendees can learn why Nordic countries are the happiest nations, as ranked by the United Nations. The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
