Thomson prison career fair Saturday in Bettendorf

THOMSON – Thomson federal prison is holding a career fair from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Cambria Hotel Bettendorf, 5061 Competition Drive, Bettendorf, Iowa.

Applicants should bring a résumé and two forms of identification. Veterans are encouraged to apply and should bring a copy of their D-214 and a VA disability certificate, if applicable. Medical applicants should bring transcripts from an accredited school, license and diploma.

Starting salary is $43,395 to $49,508 a year; a 25% recruitment bonus is $10,873 to $12,377. A group retention incentive of 10% will be calculated on the rate of pay before any deductions after 1 year of service, and other benefits.C
