Whiteside County holds Back to School COVID-19 vaccine clinic

ROCK FALLS – The Whiteside County Health Department mobile unit will hold a Back to School COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday in the parking lot at Rock Falls High School, 101 12th Ave.

The clinic is timed to ensure that school-age students 12 and older who are interested in being fully vaccinated before the start of the school year can do so. The Pfizer vaccine for that age group requires two doses and a two-week post-shot period to ensure efficacy.
