Serenity Hospice and Home offers free grief support group

OREGON – Serenity Hospice and Home will begin facilitating a free, eight-week grief support group 1 to 2:30 p.m. starting Monday, March 14 and meeting weekly until May 2 at Serenity Hospice and Home, 1658 South IL Route 2.

The group will work from the book “Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart” by Dr. Alan Wolfelt. It is designed to help individuals along their grief journeys by connecting them with a supportive community and providing helpful resources.
