What class do you find really engaging and why?: During my freshman year, the class CP IOS really captivated me. The reason why is because I got to develop my own apps and learn a new coding language. I even coded an app to help with all the math classes in our school.
What are your career and post-graduation plans? What school(s) or other instruction, travel or endeavors do you have planned?: I plan on attending Saint Louis University to study biomedical engineering for my undergraduate degree. I also plan on being pre-law. For graduate school, I hope to be part of a program that allows me to get my J.D. and my Ph.D.
What are your two favorite extracurricular, volunteer or community activities you participate in?: My favorite volunteer opportunity is to serve at my local church as a eucharistic minister (passing out communion). One of my favorite pastimes is to read and draw. I love following stories and schools of philosophy. I also love creating stories of my own.
Please share a moment, group event or activity at school that was meaningful or memorable: One moment that was monumental in my high school career was when I was first given a leadership position in our young doctor’s league club. This was monumental to me because it showed that people trusted me and wanted to follow me.
What is your hope for the future?: My hope for the future is to complete college and serve others and be the best servant leader I can be. I also want to strive to help people as much as I can.
