Eagle Scout renovates ‘Welcome to Dixon’ sign

Eagle Scout candidate Diego Ocampo, 17, worked with troop members and supporters Saturday, Sept. 23, to renovate the “Welcome to Dixon” sign on North Galena Avenue in Dixon.
