Vendors, crafters and not-for-profits set up anchors on their tents or operated out of their vehicles as stiff breezes added a slight complication to the Wednesday evening street market at Riverfront Park in Dixon. The Petunia Festival was among the vendors selling 50-50 raffle tickets to raise money for next year’s fireworks display.
