Rock Falls HS selects new board member

ROCK FALLS — Janice McKanna was appointed to fill a vacancy on the board of education for Rock Falls High School during a special meeting held Wednesday.

The vacancy was created by the July 19 resignation of Jana Jacobs, said Superintendent Ron McCord.

McKanna will serve out the remainder of the term until the 2023 election.
