Two Panther standouts, Doug Siebert (1981) and Ashley Kneeboone (2000), will be enshrined into the Putnam County High School Hall of Fame between the boys basketball games Friday night at RM Germano Gymnasium.

BCR area scores for Tuesday, Dec. 17
The Hall Red Devils had a memorable 10-day stretch when they beat rivals LaSalle-Peru, St. Bede and Princeton. It started with 55-54 win over the Cavs at home on Dec. 3 followed by wins over the Bruins 59-49 (Dec. 4) and the Tigers 56-49 (Dec. 13) during the Colmone Classic.
The Ohio Bulldogs defeated Ladd 40-21 to capture third place in the BVEC Tournament at Malden on Thursday, Dec. 12.
It was Fieldcrest’s second straight Colmone championship and record 14th overall.
Bureau Valley defeated Putnam County 65-35 for 11th place, St. Bede lost to IVC 66-55 for 10th place, Princeton fell to Mendota 58-56 in the seventh-place game and Hall lost to Kewanee 54-43 in the fifth-place.
