Charlestowne Mall news
The proposed development, known as Fox Haven Square, would be constructed on the vacant 7.5-acre lot near the northeast corner of Kirk Road and Route 64, just west of the Charlestowne Mall.
Developer D.R. Horton plans to build 102 townhouses and 62 duplexes on 28.5 acres located northeast of Charlestowne Mall and south of Foxfield Road, known as the Oliver-Hoffman property.
