A Morrison man was sentenced Tuesday to five months in federal prison and fined $5,000, plus restitution, for stealing more than $55,000 from the security union at Cordova nuclear power plant.

About 300 drag racers heading from one race in Cordova to another in Byron will be roaring through the Sauk Valley on Monday.
