Festive concerts to feature Elgin Master Chorale, Integrity School of Dance, Santa Claus Dec. 14-15.
Proceeds from the event will benefit PADS of Elgin.
The concert will feature Christmas favorites, including “Silent Night,” “O Holy Night,” “Sleigh Ride” and holiday traditions such as “O Tannenbaum,” selections from “The Nutcracker” and “Carol of the Bells,” among others.
The fall season features Elgin Symphony Orchestra String Quartet, Liam Teague and Vocal Duo of Diva Montell and Jeorge Holmes.
Experience the emotional moments as television celebrities and a classical music star are inducted into the Fox Valley Arts Hall of Fame.
Isabella Lippi will perform Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 4 with the orchestra on March 2 and 3. She is a 2024 Fox Valley Arts Hall of Fame inductee.
Eighteen Jewish musicians’ instruments saved from the Holocaust era and restored by Israeli master violin makers will make their way to the stage of the Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin in the hands of Elgin Symphony Orchestra members at 8 p.m. May 20.
The concert features guest vocalists and The Adrian Dunn Singers.
A rising star violinist, Randall Goosby, will be a featured artist with the Elgin Symphony Orchestra on Feb. 5 and 6, under the baton of guest conductor Ankush Kumar Bahl.
