Wilmington held off a late Tigers push to rebound from a loss with a 44-37 Wilmington win over Herscher on Monday.

Herscher defeated Streator 37-28 on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 in Pops Dale Gymnasium at Streator High School.

Watseka picked up their third win in a row to improve to 5-10 on the year

Manteno improved to 11-6 on the season overall and 5-1 in conference play while Herscher fell to 4-11 overall and 1-5 in conference

Manteno held a five-point lead at halftime before Herscher cut it to three midway through the third

Manteno girls basketball held on to win 51-36 and move to 15-0 overall and 6-0 in conference play. The Tigers fell to 10-7 (4-2).

Led by wins from seniors Aydan Radke and Devin Thompson, Streator wrestling rallied from a large early deficit to defeat Manteno 39-34 and ultimately earn a split in an ICE Conference quad.
