The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the recent passing of retired correctional sergeant Rick Flowers.

A Newark man has been arrested on charges of possession and dissemination of child pornography, following an investigation into a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, a press statement from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office read.
