Former Morton College athletic director and women’s basketball coach Jason Nichols was fired in March after a college investigation discovered that Nichols violated his employment agreement, according to one of two letters received by the by the Shaw Local News Network.

Wheaton North graduate Claire Hyde never got a Division I offer out of high school. Nazareth product Kaylen Evans needed a change of scenery after two years at Loyola. They found a home as the backcourt and leading scorers at Morton College, ranked No. 1 for the first time.
