Erie-Prophetstown volleyball took care of business in straight sets against Rock Falls on Thursday night to win its first regional title since becoming a co-op in 2018.

Erie-Prophetstown's Panthers defeated the Rock Falls Rockets in two sets, 25-15 and 25-21 to win the 2A Newman Volleyball Regional in Sterling on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024. The Panthers will play the winner at the Manlius (Bureau Valley) Sectional on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

Rock Falls overcame adversity early and often, coming through when it mattered most to beat third-seeded Sherrard in three sets. The Rockets advance to face E-P in Thursday's regional final.
