St. Bede 59, Seneca 57: At Roanoke in the semifinals of the Tri-County Conference Tournament, the top-seeded Fighting Irish were upset by the Bedans to fall to Thursday’s 6 p.m. third-place game against Roanoke-Benson.
Downers Grove North 39, Lincoln-Way Central 37: At the Coach Kipp Hoopfest at Benet, L-W Central suffered the narrow defeat.
Richards 32, Lincoln-Way East 28: The Griffins were handed the home loss.
Trinity 65, Plainfield South 48: At the Trinity MLK Showcase, the Cougars climbed as close as two points in the fourth quarter before falling to the hosts.
