Troy School District in Will County recognizes students of the month

Troy School District 30-C recognized its November and December students of the month at its monthly board meeting Jan. 15.

William B. Orenic Intermediate School sixth-grade students of the month for November are Jazmin Lopez, Micah Harris, Lennox Quinn and Brooklyn Damptz. The students of the month for December are Axel Go, Kelsie Olson, Meredith Leon and Griffin Edman.

Troy Middle School students of the month for November are seventh-grade students William Vertin, Ethan Mauricio-Solorio and Addision Bibo, and eighth-grade students Christopher Mesina, Kevin Edgar, Caleb Greene and Audry Gallegos. The students of the month for December are seventh-grade students Matilda Bauzys, Mason Darnell, Grant Tancl and Moira Pulaski, and eighth-grade students Margann Neal, Logan Streit, Jonathan Hernandez and Daniel Servande.

District 30-C also recognized a student as the Honorary Student Superintendent for the day. Troy Hofer Elementary fourth-grade student Alyse Simmons received this special recognition for her outstanding leadership and care for others in the school community.
