Blaze is a 1-year-old terrier mix that came to NAWS after being found living outside. He has been very confused and sad at the rescue, likely wondering where his family went. So he is shy and needs time to warm up. Blaze seems to be comfortable around other dogs. With a compassionate and understanding owner, Blaze should come out of his shell beautifully. To meet Blaze, email Dogadoption@nawsus.org. Visit nawsus.org.
One-year-old Kringle was rescued from a local animal control after he was at risk of euthanasia. He is charming, sweet and friendly and deserves a long life full of love. Kringle is outgoing and curious about new people, and he will greet visitors and look for attention. He enjoys being pet, and he loves to snuggle in his soft kitty bed and take long naps. Kringle will be a great addition to a home. To meet Kringle, email Catadoptions@nawsus.org. Visit nawsus.org.
Rudy is a 3-year-old, 45-pound terrier/pug mix. He loves to be with his people and play with toys. He’s nervous about meeting new people; a slow introduction is best. Rudy needs a home with one or two people to call his own. Contact the Will County Humane Society at willcountyhumane.com and follow the instructions for the adoption process.
One-year-old Tony came from local animal control after being surrendered. He’s incredibly sweet, loves attention from humans, and will happily jump onto chests or shoulders to hang out. Tony does well with other cats. Contact the Will County Humane Society at willcountyhumane.com and follow the instructions for the adoption process.
