Dr. Tyler Ramir joins Associated Orthodontists

Dr. Tyler Ramir recently joined Associated Orthodontists, which provides orthodontic care for children, teens and adults.

Ramir will practice in Associated Orthodontists’ Joliet, Plainfield, Frankfort and Bourbonnais locations. He is accepting new patients.

“Nothing makes me happier than giving my patients the ability to laugh and smile with confidence,” Ramir said in a news release from Associated Orthodontists.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana with a major in integrative biology and minors in chemistry and Spanish. Ramir later earned Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry.

He then completed the orthodontic residency program at the UIC College of Dentistry and earned his Master of Oral Sciences and Orthodontic Certificate. Ramir also served as class president.

Ramir is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Dental Association, Illinois Society of Orthodontists and American Association of Orthodontists.

He likes to fish, golf, hunt, ski and scuba dive with his fiancé, Kelsey and his family. He loves to travel – 15 countries to far – and he hopes to see them all.
