Mandy is a 2-year-old sweet beagle mix that is a little shy at first. Once she feels comfortable, she is friendly and outgoing. She loves to go on walks. She is not always fond of other dogs and needs to be the only dog in a home. Mandy is heartworm-positive and needs an adopter to follow through with her treatments. Katie is a 4-year-old tabico that is talkative, very social, sweet, and loves attention. When petted, she gives affectionate head rubs to show her appreciation. Sunkist is a 2-year old Lab mix who is only 45 pounds. She raised her nine puppies – they are all adopted- and now she needs a forever home. Chirp is an American pit bull terrier who was dumped on a nearby road and ran to the shelter for safety. She is a very active and fun-loving, and she will need an equally active family.
