Easterseals Joliet region installed new officers and recognized milestone years of service at its annual meeting.
The meeting was held Sept. 23 at the Holiday Inn in Joliet.
According to a news release from Easterseals, Col. James Durant, chief counsel for the U.S. Department of Energy, was installed as vice chairman; Ralph Schultz, chief operating officer for the Will County Forest Preserve, remains chairman; Dr. Michael Cohen, orthopedic surgeon, remains secretary; and Wayne Chesson, State Farm Independent Agent, remains treasurer.
The news release also said the following directors were also installed: Judith Bartels, Kim Donham, Don Maxfield, Lea Schultz, and Lyle Hughart. Stephanie Perella, president of Joliet Junior Woman’s Club, was installed as honorary.
The release said continuing board members are Deborah Blocker, Edna Brass, Karen Ferrero, Susie Graff, Tom Grotovsky, Carter Larry, Lauren Las, Stephanie Lewickas, Sean West Marconi, Cheryl McCarthy, Pamela Mott, Connie Russell, Dave Silverman, Lea Slahor, and Rev. Kathy Wellman.
Christopher Chesson, Jody Glotfelty, Leslie Newbon, and Phyllis Skubic were also recognized for completing six years of service, the release said.

Twenty years of service: Crystal Sanders, Dianne Sanchez, Devita Doss
Fifteen years of service: Alma Rolon, Michael Lewis
Ten years of service: Dana Foote, Kristin Kappel, Nicole Underhile, Amy Domingo, Stephanie Berk, Michael Guthrie, Lateasha Patrick, Lisa Funnel
Five years of service: Doreen Clarke, Tyler Reynolds, Laura Gardner, Stephanie Rheingruber, Lillian Sanchez-Salinas, Stephanie Ulfig, Trevia Saffold, Pamilyn Scarpace
