The Edward Hines Jr. VAMC Outreach Team will be at village hall

Military veterans can receive their seasonal flu shot and enroll in Veterans Administration health care from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the village hall in Channahon.

Military veterans can receive their seasonal flu shot and enroll in Veterans Administration health care from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, according to a news release from the Grundy County Veterans Assistance Commission.

The event will be held at 24555 S Navajo Dr, Channahon. It’s open to all veterans and registration is not required, the release said.

A VA nurse and the coordinator of the The Edward Hines Jr. VAMC Outreach Team will be available to answer questions about VA health care benefits and other services, the release said.
