Crest Hill meal prep company seeking donations for Christmas dinners

In November, the FIT Foundation in Crest Hill created more than 70 Thanksgiving dinners for Joliet police officers, according to a Nov. 28 post on the Joliet Police Department Facebook page.

Now the FIT Foundation is seeking donations for Christmas dinners for Joliet police and Crest Hill police.

“These officers miss out on their family holiday time/meals to serve and protect us,” according to a Dec. 4 post on the FIT Foundation Facebook page. “Give them a gift of a healthy meal to say thank you for giving us a safe holiday.”

Simply visit Fitfoundation4u.com, go to the “order now” page and click on Donate a meal to a Joliet/Crest Hill Officer.
