Silver Cross announces new medical appointments

Silver Cross Hospital announced the appointments of four people to its medical staff on Monday. The appointments include one pediatrician, one endocrinologist, a radiologist and an interventional radiologist.

Justyna Antczak, M.D. joins the staff as a pediatrician and her office is based out of DuPage Medical Group at 16660 South 107th Ave. in Orland Park. Antczak attended medical school the Medical University of Lodz and completed her residency at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit.

Wahid Kassar, M.D., joins the staff as a board-certified endocrinologist. His office is based out of Silver Cross Hospital at 1890 Silver Cross Blvd., Suite 350. Kassar attended medical school at the University of Damascus and completed his internal medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York.

Michael Rechitsky, M.D., joins the staff as a board-certified radiologist. His office is located at 3929 Mercy Drive in McHenry. Rechitsky attended medical school and completed his diagnostic radiology at Rush Medical College.

Sean Zivin, M.D., joins the staff as a board-certified interventional radiologist. His office is located with Advanced Midwest Radiology, 1200 Harger Road, Suite 408, in Oak Brook. Zivin attended medical school at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Illinois Chicago Hospital.
